Order Processing

 


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.


Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


During high order volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

 


 

 

Shipping Carriers

 


Kick Essentials ships orders using trusted carriers including:


• UPS

• FedEx

• USPS


Shipping options and pricing are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

 


 

 

Signature Confirmation

 


For high-value orders, Kick Essentials may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure safe delivery.

 


 

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

 


Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


Kick Essentials is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

 


 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 


Once an order has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, Kick Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


If a package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Our team will assist by providing any shipping documentation necessary.

 


 

 

Shipping Delays

 


Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:


• Carrier delays

• Weather conditions

• Holidays

• High shipping volumes


Kick Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 


 

 

Damaged Packages

 


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include:


• Order number

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging and shipping label


This allows our team to quickly investigate and assist with a resolution.

 


 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 


 

No Refund Policy

 


All sales at Kick Essentials are final sale. We do not offer refunds.


However, exchanges or store credit may be available if the item meets the eligibility requirements outlined below.

 


 

 

Exchange Eligibility

 


To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:


• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

• Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided


All returned items will be inspected before an exchange or store credit is approved.


Kick Essentials reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

 


 

 

Exchange Value

 


Eligible items may be exchanged for:


• An item of equal value, or

• An item of greater value (customer pays the difference), or

Store credit


Store credit never expires and may be used online or in-store.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:


• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Pre-owned items

• Special order or custom products

 


 

 

Sneakers

 


Due to the collectible nature of sneakers:


• Sneakers must be tried on carpet only

• Any creasing, sole wear, odor, or damage will void exchange eligibility

Every item goes through a verification process by our team of experts before being offered for sale.

 


 

 

Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Protection

 


 

Packaging & Shipment Documentation

 


For fraud prevention and quality control, Kick Essentials documents the packaging process for orders. Documentation may include:


• Package weight verification

• Photographs of packaged orders

• Video documentation of packing and sealing

• Carrier weight scans during shipment


Shipping carriers such as UPS and FedEx record package weights during transit. These records may be used to verify shipment contents in the event of a claim or chargeback.

 


 

 

Delivery Confirmation

 


Orders are considered successfully delivered once marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, including deliveries confirmed through:


• GPS delivery confirmation

• Signature confirmation (when required)

• Carrier delivery scans


Kick Essentials is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

 


 

 

Fraudulent Claims

 


Kick Essentials actively investigates reports of:


• Empty box claims

• False “item not received” claims

• Product switching or wear fraud


Fraudulent activity may result in:


• Order cancellation

• Permanent account bans

• Reporting to payment processors

• Legal action where applicable


Kick Essentials reserves the right to submit all documentation, carrier data, and packaging records when disputing chargebacks.
