SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • During high volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping options and pricing are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, Kick Essentials may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Kick Essentials is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, Kick Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Our team will assist with any necessary shipping documentation.

Shipping Delays

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes. Kick Essentials is not responsible for carrier-caused delays.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging and shipping label.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

However, exchanges or store credit may be available if the item meets the eligibility requirements below.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

All returned items are inspected before an exchange or store credit is approved. Kick Essentials reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

Exchange Value

Eligible items may be exchanged for:

  • An item of equal value
  • An item of greater value (you pay the difference)
  • Store credit (never expires, valid online and in-store)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Pre-owned items
  • Special order or custom products

Sneakers

Due to the collectible nature of sneakers:

  • Sneakers must be tried on carpet only
  • Any creasing, sole wear, odor, or damage will void exchange eligibility

FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

Packaging & Shipment Documentation

For fraud prevention and quality control, Kick Essentials documents the packaging process. This may include package weight verification, photographs, video documentation, and carrier weight scans during shipment.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders are considered delivered once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, including GPS confirmation, signature confirmation, and carrier delivery scans. Kick Essentials is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Fraudulent Claims

Kick Essentials actively investigates empty box claims, false “item not received” claims, and product switching or wear fraud. Fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation, permanent account bans, reporting to payment processors, and legal action where applicable.
