TRACK YOUR ORDER

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we send the moment your order leaves — orders placed by 2 PM ET Monday–Friday ship the same day, later orders the next business day. You can also see it under your account.

TRACK ON UPS

If tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of your confirmation, email us with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Free insured UPS® Ground on orders over $300, all brands. Under $300 the live UPS® rate shows at checkout; UPS® 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at checkout.
• Delivery is 1–5 business days from dispatch — Florida and the Southeast usually 1–2 days, the West Coast 4–5.
• Every shipment is tracked and insured against loss, theft and damage in transit. Damaged on arrival: email us within 48 hours with photos. Lost in transit: contact us within 14 days of the last scan and we file the claim for you.

PICKUP AT AVENTURA MALL

• Choose pickup at checkout. Your order is ready in 1 hour during store hours; orders placed after closing are ready an hour after we open.
• Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID to Suite #707, Aventura Mall, 19501 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura FL 33180.
• Pickup orders are held for 3 weeks; we'll contact you before cancelling an uncollected order.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

All sales are final, but eligible items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

• Email [email protected] within 7 days with your order number and whether you want store credit or an exchange.
• Once we confirm eligibility, you ship it back to the store (return shipping is on you) or bring it in person.
• Items must be unworn and unused with all tags, the original box and packaging. Sneakers: try them on carpet only.
• Store credit never expires and works online or in-store. Sale items, gift cards, pre-owned and special-order items are final.

SIZING

• Sneaker sizes are US men's unless the title says (W) for women's, (GS) for grade school or (PS) for preschool. Designer footwear may be listed in EU sizes.
• Apparel is listed in the brand's own sizing, S–XXL; the sizes shown on a product are the sizes we have in hand.
• Not sure? Call or DM us with the item and the size you usually wear and we'll check the piece in the store for you. If it arrives and doesn't fit, the 7-day size exchange has you covered.

AUTHENTICITY

Every item is inspected in-hand by our team at Aventura Mall and verified with AI authentication software before it's listed, then checked again before it ships. If you ever have a doubt about something you bought from us, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos; the same team reviews it within one business day, and a confirmed inauthentic item means a full refund including all shipping, or a replacement. Can you check if a size is in stock?

Yes — call, text or DM us with the item and size and we'll check the shelf.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout; customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us right away with the order number. If it hasn't been packed we'll adjust it; once it ships, the 7-day exchange window applies.
