For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, SMS subscriber, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from Kick Essentials — by submitting your phone number through our website forms, our Meta lead forms, in person at our retail location, or by texting us directly — we collect and process your phone number and message content for the purposes described above.

SMS opt-in data is never shared. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent status, or text message content with any third party for that third party’s own marketing purposes. The only third parties with whom we share this information are the SMS service providers (such as Twilio) that deliver messages on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary to operate the messaging program.

International Users
