We make no warranty or guarantee regarding acceptance of items on any third-party resale platforms such as StockX or GOAT.
Kick Essentials will not issue refunds or compensation for any refusal or rejection of items by third-party resale services.
SECTION 20 – DISCLAIMER REGARDING DELIVERED ORDERS
Kick Essentials shall not be liable for any orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier.
Once an order is marked delivered, our responsibility is considered fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for contacting the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
We will assist to the best of our ability, but we do not assume liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.

The Kick Essentials mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Kick Essentials (“Kick Essentials”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to Kick Essentials’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Kick Essentials through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (for example, cart reminders).
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but standard message and data rates may apply as imposed by your wireless carrier. Message frequency varies. You are solely responsible for all charges related to text messaging, including those from your wireless provider.
You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting the single keyword STOP to +1 (833) 805-3033, or by clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any message.
