The shoes are nice but I ordered the wrong size. The website says as long as I contact them by email within 7days of receipt, they will exchange my order. I contacted them the day of delivery and I never got a response. I don’t want a refund, just a simple size exchange. …..only shop with them if you are completely sure of the sizing

OM NEW YORK CLOG 'BEAU ENFLAMES V3'

Gorgeous clog but we needed a smaller size. I’ve since shipped them back with a request to have them replaced with a 7/8. I’ve yet to receive any additional information regarding my return.

THE DETAILS

The Mixed Emotions Hoodie 'Cupids Arrow' is a white full-zip hoodie with an airbrush-style front graphic of a winged cherub drawing a gold bow, wrapped in red and blue drapery against a blue sky, under a black 'Emotion' script. The artwork runs across both front panels so it reads as one image when zipped. Mixed Emotions lists it as cotton with a true-to-size fit.

  • Full-length zip with hood
  • Airbrush-style cherub-and-bow graphic in red, blue and gold
  • Black 'Emotion' script across the chest
  • Ribbed hem and cuffs with lightly distressed edges
  • Cotton per Mixed Emotions
