The shoes are nice but I ordered the wrong size. The website says as long as I contact them by email within 7days of receipt, they will exchange my order. I contacted them the day of delivery and I never got a response. I don’t want a refund, just a simple size exchange. …..only shop with them if you are completely sure of the sizing
